Erin Walsh advises Harbor Freight Tools for Schools on areas of partnership, advocacy, research and policy. She oversees grant partnerships with SkillsUSA and the CTE Foundation of Sonoma County, and has been a consultant to Harbor Freight Tools for Schools since 2016.

Erin has consulted for a variety of education and civic engagement clients in areas of strategy and planning.  She served in the administration of Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa as Associate Director of Legislative and Intergovernmental Relations, as a member of the Mayor’s education team, and as facilitator of the administration’s second-term strategic planning effort. She served in prominent roles during the 2004 presidential election, including leading a voter protection program.

Previously, Erin worked as a litigation associate at Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson on securities and general commercial matters. Erin is a past Co-Chair of the Women’s Political Committee.. She received her B.A from Yale University and her J.D. from UCLA School of Law.
