On Thursday, March 21, 2024, Harbor Freight Tools for Schools released the results of a poll of Los Angeles voters, parents and students showing overwhelming support for increasing state and local funding for skilled trades education in public high schools.
L.A.-based public opinion research firm EVITARUS conducted the survey on behalf of Harbor Freight Tools for Schools.

The Los Angeles poll results were similar to the findings in a national public opinion survey Harbor Freight Tools for Schools commissioned in 2019. That study, conducted by NORC at the University of Chicago, also showed strong support for increased funding for high school skilled trades education.
